We present to you the project company “Nikolaev GIPROGRAD”. More than 60 years our company successfully works in the design field. Since then we have designed and represented more than 75 thousand projects of different types.

The project institute has licenses at any kind of design including territories with high seismicity and complicated geological engineering conditions, special design divisions (fire alarm and automatic fire fighting).
 

Design works are being performed by three full service designing working groups which are operating according to the following sections:

In 2010 our Institute has implemented the production quality control system into the manufacturing process that is confirmed by the international Management Service Certificate as per ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate No 12 100 37996 TMS). It made possible for our company to take much higher development level followed by output quality increasing.

Annually, since 2002 CJSC “Nikolaev Giprograd” presents Nikolaev at interregional foreign economic relations exhibition North-Eastern administrative district in Moscow. Design institute has a number of certificates and awards particularly from International Olympic Committee for participation in competition for best project and sport constructions building of aquatics.

Design institute covers a wide range of design objects of different type. It is worth to say that there is a big part of residential and sales area design, it makes 24,5% and 22,76% in general design amount and proves the positive dynamics of economic development in our city. It is necessary to highlight a rather new component for Ukraine and our region – Logistics warehouses.
 

We feel really glad there are sport constructions, municipal buildings, business centers and hotels which show and indicate the region infrastructure development. And the variety of all here presented sectors allows us to think about harmonically developing of the South region as well as the whole Ukraine.
