Newspaper “Business North-Eastern administrative district in Moscow” 2008

Annually, from 2002 year design institute of JSC “Nikolaev Giprograd” presents city Nikolaev (Ukraine) on the exhibition of interregional external economic relations of Moscow North-Eastern administrative district.

Design institute opened a representative office in Russia with an office in Moscow this year. Basic tasks are:

- design works implementation of different objects by own forces of design institute for companies of Russian Federation;

- optimization of activity co-operation and co-ordination in the field of architecture and town-planning on territory of Russian Federation;

- assistance in experience exchange, results of achievements and developments, information in the design field of architecture objects on territory of Russian Federation.

Within the framework of 13th exhibition of interregional external economic relations NORTH - EAST ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT of Moscow city, passing from September 03, 2008 to September 08, 2008 on VVC in Moscow. JSC “Nikolaev Giprograd” signed Memorandum about cooperation with North-eastern subdivision of the Moscow Commercial and industrial chamber at support prefecture of North-Eastern administrative district in Moscow in the person of prefect Raber I. and Nikolaev urban executive committee in a person of maijor Chayka V.

It became another page in long-term glorious history of design institute.

Its history “Nikolaev Giprograd” begins since August 1944 as Nikolaev regional design-budget office of Oblproject, which was created for the questions decision of housing-civil building planning in town and area. Incorporation of former Oblproject with other design organizations of city happened in May, 1951. Oblproject was included in the complement of the eldest design institute “GIPROGRAD” at Gosstroj of Ukraine and was renamed in “Nikolaev brunch of Giprograd” in November, 1963.

In 1994 organization was incorporated by workers of institute and purchased status of the Closed Joint-stock company “Nikolaev Giprograd”. An institute succeeded to save and increase that potential which was mortgaged by his founders for the long years of the work. From the moment of enterprise foundation a design archive was saved which is annually broaden and filled up with new designed objects. An archive counts about 75 thousand objects of different scale.

It was succeeded to save company collective, some representatives worked in institute more than 40 years! And today these skilled workers help to save high base of knowledge which broadens and passed from generation to generation as a result of program realization of the accumulated experience transmission to the young employees.

Today JSC “Nikolaev Giprograd” is a modern dynamically developing company which participates in realization of large and meaningful both on local and on state level projects in Ukraine, and now in Russia as a project institute, has a number of diplomas and rewards, including from international Olympic committee for participation in international competition for the best project and building aquatics sports construction.

Design institute has licenses any type of designing, including territories with high seismicity and complicated geological engineering conditions and also special design sections (fire alarm and automatic fire fighting)

Basic profiling activity directions of institute:

- Development of town-planning document

- Design of housing, public buildings and constructers

- Design of industrial companies

- Design of engineering networks

All complex of design services in institute is performed by 3 complex design workshops and four specialized groups, included in company “NIkolaev Giprograd” incorporated and cooperated according to organizational-functional structure.

Organizational- functional structure allows to organize production process and management according to existent work conditions at the design market, using maximally all possibilities and institute potential in technical and organizational possibilities and also potential of production subdivisions.

Structure is developed according to the requirements of quality control system of performed products according to quality management system ISO 9001:2000 which is confirmed by international certificate of management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 given out by German certification company TYUF NORTH SERT. and got by Joint-Stock COMPANY “Nikolaev Giprograd” in 2008.This year design institute got a certificate on quality control system UKRSEPRO, confirming that quality control system of design works performed by “Nikolaev Giprograd” corresponds to requirements GOST ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000. It allowed to come to a higher level of design development, to raise quality of performed products and competitiveness.

“Nikolaev Giprograd” has international cooperation experience and project implementation experience with international project associations both for Ukraine and for other countries. For this purpose distant operation scheme with customer is provided using servers of files exchange for project implementation control in reality.

Institute cooperates successfully with big architect-engineering companies such as AIDAS, SBH, etc.

We started the performance of complex program on projects implementation in Norway.
